As part of our vision to invest in the next generation of Emirati talent, dans is building a Talent Pool of UAE National fresh graduates. Candidates accepted into the pool will be considered for future career opportunities across technical, operational, and support functions within the organization.

Minimum Requirements• Nationality: UAE Nationals (with a valid Family Book).• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in one of the following disciplines (or related fields):o Information Technology / Computer Science / Cybersecurityo Business Administration / HR / Finance / Economics / Procurement • Experience: Fresh graduates (0–1 years).• Skills: Strong communication, analytical thinking, teamwork, and a passion for aviation and innovation.
