Experienced and dynamic Boutique Manager. This role requires a strong blend of sales leadership, client relationship management, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate must deliver an exceptional boutique experience. Ensure visual merchandising reflects brand identity and highlights craftsmanship and product quality. Act as the main liaison with factory management to coordinate custom orders and ensure all client specific design requests are accurately communicated, manufactured, and delivered on time.
